As a young kid, she always had a love for current artists as well as legends; singing the latest jam on the radio to old school.

 

Listening to musical greats such as Biggie, Tupac, Bob Marley, The Beastie Boys, Run DMC, Mary J Blige, Al Green, and Prince, a love for music began to form. Not only did she listen to the lyrics, she listened to the rhythm behind them; the beats and their structure and fell in love with melodies and the delivery of songs. That's when she knew she wanted to learn the craft of djing. After graduating from the University of Maryland College Park, she decided to invest in dj equipment and spent endless hours teaching herself the art.

 

Dj L Stackz is known for her smooth transitions and blends between all genres of music. Djing professionally since 2014, she offers a wide variety of genres from Hip-Hop, R&B, Latin, EDM, Dance, and Pop to name a few.

 

From djing in lounges and clubs to private events and weddings, she prides herself on giving her clients exactly what they want to make their event exciting and enjoyable.
