Nightmare in Navy Yard, one of DC’s most anticipated Halloween experiences, is seeking a Director of Sponsorships to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and brand sponsorships.
This is a high-impact, commission-driven role for a confident closer who knows how to build relationships, move quickly, and secure deals.
Compensation

11% commission on all sponsorship packages sold

Commission range: $20 – $935 per deal, depending on tier

Performance bonuses available for hitting and exceeding targets

No cap on earnings

What You’ll Do

Identify, pursue, and close sponsorship deals across multiple tiers

Execute outreach strategies (email, phone, in-person where applicable)

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads

Represent the brand professionally while maintaining a strong sales presence

Collaborate on sponsorship strategy and packaging as needed
Who You Are

Proven experience in commission-based sales (required)

A self-starter who can work independently and deliver results quickly

Strong communicator who can close without being overly aggressive

Highly responsive (especially via email and follow-ups)

Personable, confident, and goal-oriented

Familiarity with Washington, DC market strongly preferred

Authorized to work in the United States
